Easy Fruit Salad

  • 1 pound of strawberries
  • 1 pound blueberries
  • 1/2 cantaloupe
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 1 orange

    Wash blueberries, wash strawberries, wash orange. Put blueberries and strawberries in a medium sized bowl.

    Zest orange. Add zest to fruit bowl and put in refrigerator - you can wait until tomorrow or complete the recipe now.

    Cut cantaloupe. Cut strawberries in quarters. Julienne mint.

    Add cantaloupe and mint to bowl.

    Cut orange in half and squeeze the juice over the fruit.

    Toss and serve.
