About This Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 large peaches, diced small
- 2 tablespoons red onion, brunoise (julienned then diced)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped Cilantro

Combine all ingredients. Chill before serving. (Best served within 4 hours or peaches may brown.)
