About This Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 large peaches, diced small
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, brunoise (julienned then diced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped Cilantro

Procedures

    Combine all ingredients. Chill before serving. (Best served within 4 hours or peaches may brown.)
