This recipe appears in:
French Fries + Peanut Butter = YUM

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened peanut butter (I used Peanut Butter & Co. Old Fashioned Smooth)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  1. 1.

Combine the peanut butter, mayonnaise, and honey in a large bowl and stir well.

  2. 2.

Thin the sauce out with the lemon juice and then stir in paprika and cayenne.

  3. 3.

For optimum flavor, refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

  4. 4.

You can also use other spices like coriander, cumin, or even garlic powder, to add an extra layer of flavor to this dip.

  5. 5.

Note: If you use sweetened peanut butter, you may want to omit or halve the amount of honey in the recipe.
