Farfalle with Shrimp, Zucchini, and Lemon

I'm fascinated by the pasta recipes in Urban Italian. The combinations just sound good and not too crazy complicated. I read them thinking, "Hmm... I should make this for dinner tonight." And so here we have a one-pot meal perfect for putting together at the last minute. Using shrimp, the ultimate quick-cook protein, all you need are 30 minutes and hungry guests. The successive hits of lemon juice, butter, parsley, and breadcrumbs at the end also really elevate this dish to the next level.
