Pomegranate molasses, a traditionally Middle Eastern ingredient, brings vibrant color and acidity to a classically American dish: tailgate wings. If you're making these wings outdoors, prep a bag of chopped scallions ahead of time, and shower the caramelized wings with the green onions as soon as they come off the grill.
