Cinnamon Panna Cotta Pumpkin Pie: This is not your everyday pumpkin pie, nor is it the wheel reinvented. Just think of it as your grandmother's station wagon with chrome spinners for rims. Creamy, spongy, pumpkiny, and sexy all at the same time, this new age pumpkin pie will give a whole new meaning to Thanksgiving dessert.
From the picture, you can see the beautiful cross-section of firm cake crust, creamy cinnamon panna cotta, and a hybrid of the two for the top layer.
Serve cold with a drizzle of carmel.
Pumpkies: What happens when a pumpkin sponge cake recipe meets a Twinkie pan. The filling includes the same spices as the recipe's batter.

I'd love to try all three, but if I have to choose just one - Have to go with the Panna Cotta Pumpkin Pie. I'd have to wait many hours after the T-Day meal to have room for that, but the wait would be worth it, I'm sure.

All of the entries are brilliant, but the one I would most like to eat is the sponge cake--the combo of pumpkin and salted butter caramel is truly inspried. Cute points to the pumpkies, although am I the only one with a dirty enough mind to think they look less than G-rated for a Thanksgiving feast?
The pie is the prettiest of all the entries, but I'm not a huge fan of too much cinnamon with pumpkin.
