1/2 cup of mayonnaise
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper
7 slices of Munster cheese
1/2 pound of thinly sliced roasted turkey breast
6 slices of good bacon, roasted at 425 degrees for 10 minutes

Procedure
1. Slice the baguette in half horizontally.
2. Combine the mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and paint it on both halves of the bread.
3. Fold each slice of Munster in half, and arrange, overlapping, so all the slices fit onto the bottom piece of ficelle.

5. Top with the top of the bread, and slice into as many sandwiches as your require.
6. Serve like this, or put into a Panini press for toasted sandwiches.
Author's note: You can substitute the frisee with any type of lettuce, and the Munster with any type of cheese. Try arugula and brie, or mache and cheddar.

The phrase, "good bacon," is redundant.

Did anyone see Martha's "Cobb Salad" turkey sandwich? Doesn't use stuffing or cranberry sauce but looks like a killer. Brioche, avocado mashed with blue cheese, applewood smoked bacon, thinly sliced tomatoes and....a perfectly cooked sunny side egg to top it off! Don't forget the turkey.
