- 1/4 pound green beans, ends trimmed *
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/16 teaspoon sea salt
- Ground black pepper to taste
Set toaster oven or regular oven to broil. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Add beans and toss with oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Broil for 7-11 minutes, tossing once or twice, until beans blister and are tender. Serve immediately.
