I have made this before, but always thought a shot of Amaretto made the peaches taste "peachier", or fresher. I'm not sure I'd use the Kirsh or the Framboise in it, unless I was going to toss in a handful or two of raspberries. (And I probably wouldn't do that with peaches.)

Oh, well... easy and delicious, no matter how you make it, I guess!
