- 12 lemons, juiced and zested
- 1/2 cup sugar
- fresh mint (for garnish)
Mix the juice of the lemons with the sugar in a pitcher, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Cut the lemon zest into strips; add to the pitcher.
Fill the pitcher with ice. Let it melt for about 30 minutes. Serve with crushed ice and garnish with a lemon slice and a sprig of fresh mint.
