Coconut Sorbet

Ingredients

yield: about 1 quart

  • 8 ounces sweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut, toasted

Procedures

    Combine the coconut milk and 2 cups of water in a large bowl and chill for several hours in the refrigerator until very cold.
