Blended Peach Cream

This recipe for Blended Peach Creams, excerpted from Margaritas, Mojitos, & More, is the perfect treat for a hot summer afternoon. Fresh peaches, nectar, milk, and cream are blended into a whimsical beverage reminiscent of that favorite ice cream truck dessert.

Blended Peach Cream

- makes 1 drink -
Adapted from Margaritas, Mojitos, & More by Jessica Strand.

Ingredients

1/2 cup peeled, coarsely chopped peach
4 ounces whole milk
1 ounce peach or apricot nectar
1 tablespoon cream
2 ice cubes

Procedure

Combine the ingredients in a blender. Blend until completely smooth. Pour into a chilled Collins glass.
