- A few cloves of garlic
- Tomato sauce
- Raw lasagna noodles
- Ricotta cheese
- Fresh spinach, washed and drained
- Mozzarella cheese
Chop a few cloves of garlic; sauté them a bit. Then, in a fairly deep pan, layer the following: a swirl of tomato sauce, a layer of uncooked lasagna noodles, more sauce, garlic, dollops of ricotta, a thick pile of spinach, garlic, noodles, sauce, ricotta.
Cover it all with slices of mozzarella. Add extra layers if you have room. Let this sit overnight in the fridge.
When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350°F, cover pan with foil, and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover pan and bake 30 minutes more.
