- Olive oil
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 bunch kale, washed and chopped
In a little olive oil, sauté the pine nuts and raisins quickly, until nuts begin to brown. Remove from pan.
Add another dollop of oil and the kale. Sauté over high heat, turning occasionally until well wilted.
Return nuts and raisins to pan; stir well; salt to taste. Serve.
