Who doesn't love eating nachos while watching the Super Bowl? This recipe, adapted from Robb Walsh's

Ingredients

  • 8 large tortilla chips
  • 8 teaspoons shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 jalapeño slices

Directions

    Serve on a plate (or serving platter, if scaling up recipe), along with jalapeño slices on the side.

    Spread a tablespoon of refried beans on each chip, then start with Step 1 above.
