Australia Dairy Company in Hong Kong

I'm not a big fan of scrambled eggs (hard boiled is my favorite), but when I saw Charmain's review of Australia Dairy Company, a restaurant in Hong Kong famous for its scrambled eggs, I couldn't look away from the fluffy yellow layer sandwiched between two fat slices of crust-less white bread. Her description didn't help ease my longing:
ADC’s scrambled eggs are the lightest, fluffiest eggs I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating, and they are oh-so-moist. Not too salty, perfectly seasoned and the thick, soft white bread its served in creates a match made in heaven.
Charmaine points out that there's even a Facebook group dedicated to their scrambled eggs with over 5,800 members. If only Hong Kong were a little closer—then perhaps I could experience the joy of these scrambled eggs from heaven. Until then, I will drool on my keyboard.

Yeah, they're good, and I'm not generally a scrambled fan either. The bread is perhaps even better, like the best white bread you could ever imagine.
The eggs and the bread are also combined to great effect in an HK-style club sandwich (with cheese, pickles, ham, tomato and mystery meat paste).

I like them too even though I'm not a big egg eater. The tomato and egg sandwich makes a really filling and yummy lunch. How can you go wrong with fluffy, moist eggs and soft, thick bread? And they've got pretty good steamed milk or egg custards for the sweet tooth too. Service may not be the best and it really is FAST food, but that's what makes this place unique. ^___^

Oh noes.... you've revealed to the world that I made the fatal 'its/it's' error. FIXING THAT PRONTO.

Another egg-secret at this Hong Kong establishment is the steamed egg custard (and the ginger-egg pudding). The names do not do the food justice. Simply divine, as a choice of either hot or cold dessert, for eat-in or takeout.
