Best Boulangeries in Paris

boulangerie.jpg Recently in Travel + Leisure Magazine, Linda Dannenberg lists eight of the best boulangeries in Paris according to a specialty: croissants, sourdough loaves, miche, baguettes, pain au raisins, pain au chocolat, croissants aux amandes and fougasse.

Ahhh... Croissant saux Amandes. The best i've had are from Pain D'epis. Though they are on your list for fougasse, I highly recommend the Croissants aux Amandes. Just returned from my second trip to paris this year and my first stop was at Pain D'Epis.

If anyone has their recipe for the Croissant aux Amandes or a good one to share i would be most appreciative.
