Figs and balsamic vinegar are a classic pairing, and make a remarkably delicious soda starring our Flavorful Fig Syrup, which is made from a mix of oven-roasted and dried figs. Garnished with a pretty slice of fresh fig, this soda is sophisticated, sweet, and tangy.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces seltzer
  • 2 tablespoons Flavorful Fig Syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • Fresh fig slice, for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. 1.

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add seltzer, then add fig syrup and balsamic vinegar. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a slice of fresh fig, if desired, and serve.
