This week's NYC weather has got us all pretty down and really freaking cold. Just look at Leandra, Ben, and Tracie.

Our induction stovetop has been giving us some trouble, and while Kenji was in town, he wanted to take a look...

...and then this happened. Ooops?

Ever the scientist, Kenji was fascinated by the innards of the induction burner.

Not an hour in the office and he's already messing stuff up! (It's okay, we still like him.)

Daniel was speechless upon his arrival. No recipe testing in the office for a while!

Daniel and Kenji work well together...we just prefer it when delicious food comes out of their collaboration, rather than a pile of broken glass.
