Each week, we're highlighting one of grilling master Joshua Bousel's kebab recipes from his comprehensive guide to grilling kebabs that we published earlier this year. Last week, we took a look at his Steakhouse Kebabs. Today, we'll check out another of his beef-based creations, this time glazed in a gingery teriyaki sauce threaded onto skewers with pineapple, onion, and bell pepper chunks for a blast of sweet-fresh flavor.

Just like last week, Josh's beef of choice for these kebabs is sirloin tip, delivering beefy flavor just like chuck, but without the risk of being tough like the chuck sometimes is. And just like last week, the beef is marinated for only a couple hours, so these kebabs don't require a ton of make-ahead planning and work.

The marinade itself—which does double duty as a glaze—is an amped-up teriyaki sauce, spiked with ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes, pineapple juice, and soy sauce. Add in the char flavor from the grill itself, and these are some beefy kebabs that can't be missed.
