Gallery: This Week at Serious Eats World Headquarters

Anyone want some cereal? We have a few (or 20) more boxes than we can handle, thanks to General Mills sending us a few large packages of cereal out of the blue. Not that we mind!

Since Leandra, the office's biggest cereal fan, was out on her honeymoon, we stacked all the cereal boxes on her desk.

Daniel prepared a stack of Lucky Charms marshmallows, soon to be shoved into his mouth.

Liquor delivery service Drizly delivered us a ginormous bottle of Clase Azul reposado tequila in its own special ceramic vessel. And thus it was time for Leang, Max, Ben, and Miki to break out the cocktails.

Daniel made a large batch of French toast batter in preparation for some stuffed French toast experimentation.

He tried a few versions of s'mores-inspired stuffed French toast—stuffed with Fluff and chocolate and coated in crushed Graham crackers—but they didn't come out as good as he was hoping for.

After the stuffed French toast, Daniel moved on to lasagne pull-apart bread using different kinds of pre-made dough (here using Pillsbury biscuit dough and Pillsbury crescent dough).

Leandra, Ben, and Jim were so excited to try a finished loaf...but again, it wasn't as good as Daniel was hoping for.

So that's what happen if you waffle puff pastry stuffed with cheese, pepperoni, and tomato sauce. Now we know.

Crisp, lacy cheese crust. It's beautiful. And delicious.

The latest Cricket action from Dennis:

"Action shot! If there's anything Cricket loves, it's her little soccer balls. Sometimes she picks them up with her mouth and looks like she's wearing a clown nose."
