This Week at Serious Eats World Headquarters
This week we celebrated a birthday with homemade waffles and ice cream, met a Serious Eats fan, fried chicken nubs, made Fruity Pebbles-flavored ice cream, and more. (We've also got a few photos of cats, but no dogs, I'm afraid. You can blame Kenji.)
