With the new year underway, some of your may have resolved to start cooking at home more often. I, too, have been struck with the desire to spend more time in the kitchen, which I enjoy immensely but find easily sidelined by the realities of my busy New York life (to say nothing of the spatial limitations of my New York kitchen).
