I'm a sucker for "holiday spirit," and as a Jew, I've always had a voyeuristic fascination with Christmas. While I've participated in my fair share here in the US, I have pretty much no sense of how the holiday is celebrated abroad. So I've been enjoying theKitchn's guest series, Christmas Around the World, which offers a glimpse into the festivities and meals traditional to countries overseas.
