It's the last day of National Cereal Lovers week, and we're bringing you a video of Chef Harold Dieterle, of Perilla, Kin Shop and most recently, The Marrow. The Top Chef Season 1 winner created these recipes live on camera, after the cereals were selected for him by SE Overlord Ed Levine.
Watch Harold make a duck confit dish with his childhood favorite, Honey Nut Cheerios. He then take his ice cream sundae to new levels with Lucky Charms praline, lemon caramel, chocolate "dirt," and a salad of huckleberries and Reese's Puffs.
National Cereal Lovers Week may be coming to an end, but you can still enter your original cereal creation in our Battle Outside The Bowl Sweepstakes until Friday, 10/25. This weekend, get cooking or baking with your favorite cereal and show us what you got! You could be randomly selected to win $1000 and many entries will be featured right here on Serious Eats. More details here.
