Fall is the perfect time of year to enjoy a nice, warm bowl of soup, given the wide availability of seasonal vegetables and the end-of-summer heat. Unfortunately, making a really good soup often requires a lot of time and effort, while pre-made soups tend to lack flavor, and defeat the point of using freshly harvested ingredients. But have no fear, here are some easy fall soup recipes that should leave you more than satisfied in 45 minutes or less!
