Snapshots from My Cross-Country Road Trip
Hi-ho, Kenji here, reporting from my temporary digs in the West Coast where, thanks to my wife and her penchant for getting offered internships in exotic seaside locations, I'll be reporting from until October. With a large country to traverse and two dogs to do it with, it only made sense to give my best friend a call, rent a car, and do things the old fashioned American way with a road trip.
Thanks in large part to your helpful suggestions in a Talk thread, not to mention on Twitter, we managed to pack
every single nearly every leg of our five-night, six-day trek with good food, fun drinks, and great people. I even learned to like breakfast tacos along the way.
You can expect a series of more in-depth reports over the next couple of weeks about some of the finer bites along the way, but for now, take a quick peep through the slideshow for a look at everything we ate!
