Olivier Salad ($11)
Essentially a potato salad, this dish has diced potatoes, carrots, bologna, pickles, English peas, scallions, parsley, and homemade mayo with quail eggs on top.
This is unique to the Los Angeles location: a chilled borscht with sour cream and diced fresh veggies.
Beef Strogonaff ($24)
Mari Vanna's signature beef strogonaff is accompanied with buckwheat kasha, oyster mushrooms and truffle oil.
The servers were giving out chilled soup shots, including tomato bisque alongside colorful bell peppers.
Crepes were served two ways: one with caviar, another with berry preserves.

Vodka Shots ($9)
Strawberry-infused vodka shots were handed out by models in ushanka hats.
The outdoor patio had a cozy vibe. A pinch of green, candles, and a wicker furniture set made it feel like grandma's house.
The whimsical outdoor patio had quite the array of bird cages.
