Suckling Pig ($17)
The spit-roasted mezze dishes come with four-ounce tastings of their respective animals. The suckling pig is served on a bed of ancient grain salad.

This mezze of pickled watermelon, dressed with ufra chili, rind, and fennel granité, is served chilled.
Smoky Beets ($8)
Beet slices layered on top of yogurt, citrus, and topped with a green peppercorn.
Typically served as a stew, the Briam is a sampling portion of a traditionally family-size dish. Baby squash, purple eggplant, and potatoes are combined in a tomato sauce.
Charred Octopus ($14)
Isabella's signature Charred Octopus is served with a green harissa sauce, eggplant, and topped with toasted amaranth.
Essentially Greek donut holes, these fritters are dressed in spiced honey, almonds, and pistachios.
