A collection of some of the dim sum being offered on custom-made carts during Maketto's dinners: pickled pineapple, hoisin glazed pork meatball, steamed pork bun, and crispy shrimp rolls.

The first two courses were a Bok Lahong (spicy papaya salad) and Try Chen (crispy fried prawn heads).

Next up were Beef Lok Lak (wagyu lettuce wraps) and Somlah Machou (sour soup with shrimp and pork).

Finally, there was the Amok Trey (steamed curried fish) and Saich Kroak (squid stuffed with sour sausage topped with crispy garlic and cilantro).

For dessert was a glass jar of shaved ice soaked in beet juice topped with condensed milk and mint leaves with peach chunks and mochi spread throughout.
