Courses one and two
The first two courses were a Bok Lahong (spicy papaya salad) and Try Chen (crispy fried prawn heads).
Courses three and four
Next up were Beef Lok Lak (wagyu lettuce wraps) and Somlah Machou (sour soup with shrimp and pork).
Taiwanese shaved ice
For dessert was a glass jar of shaved ice soaked in beet juice topped with condensed milk and mint leaves with peach chunks and mochi spread throughout.
