"These are all foods I would eat," said chef Bella Lau, a former gym trainer.

The three types of dumplings include carrot red filled with shrimp and chives, spinach green with vegan ham, shiitake and vegetables and sea cucumber with vegetable and chicken. The dumpling skins are dyed with vegetable coloring.

Ahi tuna dressed in a garlic soy dressing and mixed with white pepper and soy sauce, which sits on a bed of a spring mix of greens, radish sprouts, cucumber and multi-grain rice.
Miso-Glazed Atlantic Salmon ($14)
Glazed with miso, the salmon is cooked medium rare and comes with bean thread noodles sautéed with shiitake, enoki, tomatoes, garlic and spinach.
