Niki brought in a bunch of leftovers from her cooking classes. Just some lobster à l'américaine, filet mignon, sous vide duck breast with foie gras, and potato gratin with duck confit, caramelized onions, and Gruyère. Good ol' light, healthy fare.

Kenji brought in leftover taco ingredients (failed-but-still-delicious al pastor, chunks of roasted pineapple, and more) from a recipe in progress. We wish every day were taco day.

Here's Robyn carrying a huge sandwich from Parisi Bakery made of a loaf of lard bread stuffed with eggs and potatoes. Sandwiches made of Parisi's lard bread are good things.

"I need a nap." And with those words, Kenji grappled our giant stuffed bear and felt to the floor with a muffled splat. (Eh, it's Friday. Fridays are weird.)
