Raw Asparagus Caesar Salad

I know it may sound strange, but crisp raw asparagus makes a wonderful salad. Here, it's chopped into bite-sized pieces and tossed with a creamy Caesar vinaigrette and freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano.
