Blueberries from Chile
It's always exciting, and rare, when there's fruit in the office. Here's a box of delicious blueberries from Chile, and we devoured them. Plump, juicy, a little tart, a little sweet—everyone was grabbing a handful of these awesome blueberries as they walked by.
Kenji's converted his mini fridge into a meat aging cabinet for a follow up to his Food Lab post about aging (or not aging) beef at home. Here's to hoping that beef is still good after this year's vegan month, which starts today!
Fancy frozen pizzas
Kenji spent an afternoon dressing up frozen pizzas with tater tots, bacon, jalapeños, and more.
This week Kenji headed over to Petrossian's New York boutique and restaurant to taste some caviar for an upcoming guide. We had 250 grams to taste back at the office. Them's a lot of fish eggs!
