After a holiday season filled with rich, fatty, filling foods, it's nice to have a simple brunch dish that makes you feel good about what you're eating without totally losing that holiday spirit. This parfait does just that, combining good-natured Greek yogurt and granola with some sweet booze-soaked berries.

But if you're going to invest in an entire bag of granola at the store, make sure it's one of the higher end products filled with fresh nuts and whole grains.
