"Two things freak me out to the point of complete avoidance: the eye puff test for glaucoma and popping biscuit cans. Thankfully eye pressure can be tested with eye drops and a special light now, but biscuit cans still freak me out. I have to wrap them in a towel after peeling and whack them against the counter. Make a veloute sauce (sort of a bechamel, but use chicken or turkey broth for the liquid. Plenty of grated nutmeg, and black pepper. After the sauce has thickened add a little cream.) Mix with leftover turkey and pasta. I use spaghetti broken into 1 inch pieces."— lemonfair
