After four weeks of Oregon Month, we end today with a look back at our favorite bites and sips. Quite a few of them came from Portland (ice cream, street food, sandwiches) but Maggie and I also drove out to the coast to try fresh Dungeness crab, fried salmon, oysters, and more seaside treats. Then it was over to Tillamook headquarters for ice cream (30+ scoops of it), and a stop in Eugene for some green curry "tacos" from a sushi chef.
