"Mince it up, toss it with oyster sauce and some finely chopped additions like water chestnuts, scallions, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots - then wrap a tablespoon at a time in dough to make pork-filled-buns (I taught my kids how to do this with Pillsbury Grands biscuits).
