Don't run away at the sight of hemp seeds in your bowl! Hemp seeds and quinoa are two sources of complete protein, which means you get your protein without eating an ounce of meat. If you're new to these grains, it's made a little less "hippie" with the sweet spring peas, fresh basil, and squeeze of lemon.
