20120312-caroline-russock.jpgAfter spending many, many hours in the kitchen testing recipes from umpteen different cookbooks for our Cook the Book feature each week, the lovely Caroline Russock is moving on to the Philly City Paper where she is now the food editor. Let's all put our hands together for Caroline and her exciting new gig!

Of course we'll miss her giving us the scoop on all the cookbooks, walking us through each recipe for pizza or buttermilk biscuits or ricotta or...is there anything Caroline didn't make? But we'll be tuning into her work over at the paper, including their dining blog Meal Ticket, where she already has a few posts up. We raise our forks to you, Caroline!
