Serious Entertaining: A Grilled Pizza Party


"We love to do pizza on the grill for 8-10 people sized gatherings because it is so easy to accommodate dietary preferences/restrictions. I put out a bunch of toppings and everyone makes his/her own. Last weekend we did "beetza" a ricotta, thin sliced beet, caramelized onion, baby greens knock off of a favorite app at a local place. To help speed things up, I will pre roll the dough and then separate the pieces with parchment and stash them in the fridge. This way I can have the most finicky part done long before the party starts, and they get a bit of a second rise/ferment that way." ecca31
