Laut: Michelin-Starred Malaysian Restaurant Delivers on Flavor: It's tough being the unlikely member of a club that includes Del-Posto and Gramercy Tavern, but after a few visits, and plenty of less impressive meals around Chinatown, Laut just may be the best Malaysian restaurant in Manhattan.

Redd Wood in Yountville: A Pizza Destination in Napa Valley: Redd Wood opened in January to a great deal of anticipation, given how respected chef Reddington is in these parts for his first restaurant, the Michelin-starred Redd down the street, and the pizza we had was extraordinarily good.

Los Angeles: Attack of the Clone at Fusion Burgers: This burger-centric menu is rather large and rather reminiscent of Umami Burger, but delicious in its own right.

We Eat All the Cream Puffs at Beard Papa's in Chicago: This edible hug of cream and sugar is truly a thing of beauty, and we recently paid some serious homage in their high temple, which goes by the name Beard Papa's.

First Look: Swift's Attic in Austin: From grilled quail with Southern hot water grits, to homemade Korean kimchi, Peruvian scallop tiradito, Japanese chicken tsukune, and even Canadian tater tots poutine, the menu is wildly diverse, but somehow it all works together.

Navigating Tokyo 'Ramen St': 8 Great Ramen Stops, All in One Place: Eight of the best were invited to open at Tokyo Ramen Street, and the response has been stunning. Go during prime lunch or dinner hours, and you'll be sure to find lines.

Los Angeles Tacos: Komodo Truck's New Brick-and-Mortar Cafe on Pico: With multiple trucks and a brick and mortar now in its second year, what makes Komodo so special? In short: simplicity.
