This Week at Serious Eats World Headquarters
This week the Serious Eats staff headed off-site for their first ever retreat where they chatted about the future, ate good food, and bowled, then ate some more. (Get excited for action shots of Ed bowling!). They also tried all the hot dogs from Japadog and all the dipping sauces from french-fryery Pomme Frites. It was quite a week.
