Roast chicken that was moist and juicy, beet salad that won over even avowed beet haters, addictive roast fingerling potatoes, mixed green salad with a tasty vinaigrette, and for dessert, Heather Carlucci-Rodriguez's signature chocolate bread with fresh ricotta and local honey.
