Cook the Book: 'Bangkok Street Food'
Thai food has been working its way into our takeout routines for quite a while now, and with good reason. There's something very crave-worthy about a spicy plate of pad thai, creamy coconut milk curry, and fresh summer rolls.
But as is the case with many imported cuisines, you have to wonder what's lost in translation when you stroll into your local Siam Palace. That missing element is street food—the roadside stands, the market tables, and the hawkers that are such a huge part of the Thai eating experience.
