Welcome to our post-Valentine's Day Weekend Cook and Tell. Last week we asked all of you to share the recipes you were planning to seduce your significant others with for a challenge we called Romantic Respites Revisited. Here's a peek at some of the made-with-love meals that you shared with your sweeties last night.

No boxes of chocolate for brighteyedbaker, instead it's adorable heart shaped doughnuts filled with strawberry and glazed with chocolate.

theindolentcook's main squeeze is a salad fan. This V-Day he's getting an ambrosial peach vinegar, handmade, of course.

While dbcurrie didn't plan on anything too romantic we think her bouquet of cheese flowers is pretty darn sweet.

earthlydelights's Valentine's Day was sweet, tart and a little bit spicy with these lovely raspberry chile chocolate hearts filled with a cayenne-spike core of raspberry coulis.

Katerina shared two risotto recipes that are ideal for Valentine's Day: a crab risotto that is the perfect shade of pink for the day plus labor intensive enough to show that you really care and a bittersweet one with radicchio, walnuts, and gorgonzola that's beautiful deep purple.

somaR's go to Valentine's Day dessert is a blood orange ginger mousse that's quick, uncomplicated, and made easily a day ahead so that you can focus on more important matters the day of, like, say penning a love poem.

When asked to create a romantic menu for two KarmaFreeCooking came up with an intimate vegetarian feast of spinach stuffed mushrooms followed by an asparagus tart with caramelized onions and goat cheese finishing up with a pretty and pink papaya strawberry sorbet.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed their Valentine's Day creations for this week's Weekend Cook and Tell challenge. Be sure to head over to Talk and read about next week's challenge: Pancakes Anytime.
