For last week's Weekend Cook and Tell challenge we asked all of you to document your Turkey Day celebrations so that we could share in your stuffing, gravy, and mashed potatoes, in spirit at least. Reading through all of your fantastic menus is making us wish we didn't already plow through all of those leftovers. Do we really have to wait a whole 'nother year? Here's a peek at some of your tastiest meals.

Amandarama held an intimate dinner for four with a menu of Butternut Squash and Fennel Gratin, Cranberry Salsa, and a Maple-Apple-Herb Glazed Turkey served with cider and bourbon spiked gravy. And for dessert? A No-Bake Pumpkin Mousse Pie with Candied Ginger and Cayenne.

salpico hosted a whopping 27 guests including 10 little ones under the age of 10. Hits included a perfect turkey thanks to a new Thermapen, Scallion Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes, and an Apple Pie made with Kenji's Pie Crust recipe. The days misses had a little something to do with crayon scribbles and glitter on the kitchen floor.

For the first time, Thanksgiving host pandapotamus's meal went off swimmingly even with the complete absence of eggs to due one guest's allergy. Classic Sausage and Sage Dressing was thoroughly enjoyed even without dried cranberries and Bobby Flay's Pumpkin Bread Pudding was a perfect meal ender with creme anglaise and salted caramel ice cream.

May_be was kind enough to fill us in on the complete (and completely vegetarian) menu served on T-Day. The meal began with Red Pepper, Goats Cheese and Feta Mini Tarts and continued on with Cheddar Cauliflower Soup with Mustard Croutons, and Poppyseed Rolls with Rosemary Butter, followed up with a Fall Vegetable Lasagna with Sage Bechamel served alongside Pan Seared Brussels Sprouts and an Arugula Salad with Fennel and Pecorino.

Making the most out of a day that's all about copious amounts of food, momtimestwo called an early dinner at 1:30 p.m. so that she could dig into leftovers by 7 p.m.

We'd like to thank everyone who shared their Thanksgiving tables with us for this week's Weekend Cook and Tell challenge. Be sure to head over to Talk and read about next week's challenge: Cranberry Confidential.
