Kenji finally finished the manuscript for the Food Lab book, to be released by W.W. Norton next year, 1.5 years of testing, 818 pages, and 212 recipes later!

Most exciting package this week: six pints of gelato and sorbetto from Capogiro in Philadelphia, one of our favorite gelato shops in the country (as mentioned in our book)! They sent us pistachio, Bacio, sea salt, pumpkin (made from Lancaster County neck pumpkin), Concord grape, and cactus pear. Yup, they all taste awesome. Thanks, Capogiro!
