This Week at Serious Eats World Headquarters
This week we celebrated the Serious Eats book with some of our columnists and editors, and of course there was plenty of food. We spent the rest of the week trying to eat all the leftovers but then went out for a huge Szechuan lunch the next day, you know, just so to more leftovers to the fridge.
