Barefoot Contessa: Ina serves up a comforting meal of spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread, and ice cream sodas with chocolate or raspberry sauce. 1 pm., Food Network.
Famous Food: In the premiere episode of this series, Heidi Montag, Ashley Dupré, Vincent Pastore, and Jake Pavelka team up to launch a restaurant together. 9 pm., VH1.
